The woman accused Owens of performing a stop sign, nearly hitting her with the car, and then getting out of her car after she told him to slow down.

“I asked him to slow down, he got out of the car and started harassing me,” the woman in the video told police officers.

“You shouldn’t have gotten out of your fucking car,” the woman yelled at Owens. “You are a black man approaching a white woman.”

During the recording of the video, Owens repeatedly refers to the woman as a “Karen” as the woman bursts into tears in front of the police officers.
