Anthony Anderson graduates from Howard, reveals NSFW message that his degree “said”

Stating that “it’s never too late!”, The actor Antonio Anderson as a graduate Howard University Saturday in a moment called 30 years of work.

Anderson, 51, holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts at HBCU in Washington. He dated Fine Arts Dean Phylicia Rashad, “Empire” star and Howard’s ex Taraji P. Henson and other graduates. (See the photos below in the Instagram gallery.)

The school marked the occasion by addressing Anderson with a middle NSFW name within his diploma. (At least that’s what Anderson claims.)

“What my graduation said, to my surprise,” Anderson began as he opened his diploma which read: “Anthony ‘Muthaf ** kin’ Anderson” followed by “Congratulations Bison !!!!”

“Ahah!” Anderson exclaimed. “Howard University knows me so well.”

Anderson said to the “The real” in February he had 15 credits less than his degree when he left his freshman year because “he ran out of money.”

He wrote on Instagram that graduation was a “closing in circle” and thanked his son for inspiring him to come back.

This is a “muthaf ** kin” achievement.
