Sandra Bullock asks $ 6 million for the Southern California ranch

Sandra Bullock has built up a collection of real estate over the years that spans the country. She now she is starting to sell.

The actress dumped a Hollywood Hills home in 2018 and a West Hollywood condo earlier this year, and in addition to Malibu, she rented a beach house for $ 30,000 a month. Her latest ad comes in the hills outside San Diego, where she is shopping on a 91-acre ranch for $ 6 million.

Nicknamed the Farm, the complex combines three different lots near the slopes of Mount Palomar. It is reached by a long, fenced-in driveway that winds its way through eucalyptus trees, avocado groves and rose gardens, eventually arriving at a one-story ranch shrouded in adobe walls and flower-adorned verandas.

Whitewashed beams hang over the wide plank floors inside. There’s a kitchen with a skylight, a rounded dining area with built-in seating, and a master suite with a fireplace, one of nine on the property. Most of the spaces open directly to the outside, where a fountain still a paved courtyard.

To the rear, lawns and patios surround a saltwater pool with views of the mountains and valleys in the distance. The complex also includes a three bedroom guesthouse, gazebo, workshop, spa and chicken coop.

Bullock, 58, won an Academy Award for Lead Actress for her role in the 2009 drama “The Blind Side.” Her film credits also include “Speed”, “Miss Congeniality” and “Gravity”, as well as more recent roles in “Ocean’s 8”, “Bird Box” and “The Lost City”.
