UCLA vs Colorado: Odds, Lines, Predictions and Betting Predictions

UCLA visits Colorado at 11am Saturday in the opening of Pac-12 for both teams as the Bruins look to remain unbeaten in the season as favorites.

UCLA start 3-0 with wins over Bowling Green, Alabama State and South Alabama, but the Bruins are only 2-1 against the spread. They had to rally to beat South Alabama 32-31 last week, failing to cover as home favorites by 15.5 points in the Rose Bowl.

The Bruins are the 21-point road favorites on Saturday as Colorado are 0-3 SU and ATS with explosive losses to Texas Christian, Air Force and Minnesota.

UCLA quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson rallied the Bruins with a 10-game 61-yard drive in the final 2 minutes and 52 seconds to set Nicholas Barr-Mira’s 24-yard field goal in the final play of the match. UCLA had 407 yards of attack, but the worrying part was that the defense allowed 399 yards and 31 points, even though Colorado didn’t seem capable of generating that much attack.

Even with the high spread, UCLA is attracting 78% of the bets and 91% of the money is on the Bruins at DraftKings. This is usually not a good sign when the vast majority of bettors are on one side (for the most up-to-date betting trends, see VSiN’s college football betting divisions page).

The strongest bet appears to be on Under 56.5 points as 55% of the bets have been on the Over, but 71% of the money (considered sharper as this means much larger bets) is on the Under.
