As for what the rest of this season looks like, for Richmond it’s pretty favorable. Including the Collingwood win, the Tigers have a seven out of eight match streak on their MCG home deck, 10 of the last 15 and only five of the last 14 against teams currently in the top eight. It’s a more than worthwhile home run. So, are the Tigers ready to “Eat ‘Em Alive” once more after a broadcast and to continue a great era It is still early to say for sure. But the signs are definitely starting to look threatening. And as different as the top of the charts is these days in the presence of the likes of Fremantle and Carlton, I already suspect that Richmond’s presence in the bottom half of the eight may cause a little more anxiety to potential Finals opponents.
