MSNBC anchor Joy Reid announced that women will ignore the impending ruling affecting Roe v Wade. The five alt-right judges are tainted, dishonored and some face impeachment. Not because they are conservative, but because they are Trump-owned MAGA extremists, armed lobbyists and fanatical evangelicals. Their decisions will be circumvented by the majority of Americans and will not be accepted as law. Trump modeled disrespect for the law, so the court’s views are neutralized.

Women are done with old whites making decisions about their rights and freedoms. Not gonna happen. So they are ready to challenge the courts’ impending ruling to take away federal protection for abortion rights by overturning Roe v Wade. 70% of Americans support women’s right to choose. However, the GOP doesn’t care. Senator Mitch McConnell, the power-hungry old mutter of Kentucky, sold what was left of his declining soul to Donald Trump in exchange for extremist religious and far-right Supreme Court justices. Neither Trump nor McConnell are religious men of character. They love money and power and say the right words to delude white evangelicals and rural poor Americans that “Make America Great Again” promises a return to 1950s politics. The white fear of politics and the rejection of secularism led Republican voters to abandon the teachings of the Bible and support bigotry and cruelty.
Peaceful protesters rallied near Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s home. Constitutionally protected peaceful demonstrations exercised the right to free speech and the right of peaceful assembly. Republican commentators said the demonstrations “have crossed the line”. “These are crowds of harassers who have violated acceptable standards of protest,” Republican commentators said. That claim is self-righteous coming from the political party called the violent January 6 uprising a “typical tourist day”. The tradition of blameless judges is outdated and ridiculous. “Why should Supreme Court judges be immune to citizen feedback? (MSNBC opinion). Any statement by the court that is apolitical is considered a joke by the American people. MSNBC Opinion said that “if you don’t want to endure this kind of pressure, you have the option of not accepting a position of extreme power as a public official making life-and-death decisions about other people.” Protesters were peaceful in protesting Judge Samuel Alito’s draft opinion on abortion. Judges are not elected, appointed for life politicians and enjoy a level of secrecy and accountability that should not be acceptable in a democracy.
It is not possible for Americans to allow their little girls to suffer from unwanted pregnancies, especially those resulting from rape or incest. Judges Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Coney-Barrett, conspiracy theorist Clarence Thomas and Chief Judge John Roberts will soon take away a woman’s reproductive freedom and life choices. However, the potential loss of life and the emotional trauma this ruling will cause will motivate women to vote for Republicans out of office. Furthermore, women have already started an organized resistance movement that will refuse to recognize the loss of the right to have control over one’s body. The conservative wing of the Supreme Court is a tainted group of unpopular extremists who are so at odds with the majority of Americans. It won’t be surprising if we eventually see an impeachment, resignation or indictment of one of these characters. Justice Roberts is the only justice that appears not to be owned by Trumpism. However, her leadership is weak and she is enabling extremism, not encouraging conservatism.

Governors Gregg Abbot and Ron DeSantis are toxic men with scary ideas about how women and minorities should be treated in a democracy.

He happily signs a 15-week ban on abortions, not to mention funding for baby care once they are forced to be born. Republicans are the party of the complaints, not the solutions. The reporter has yet to ask the questions to expose corruption, cruelty and incompetence.
